We are a quiet couple looking to rent an apartment, in-law suite, master bedroom, or basement. We are both hardworking professionals ( I work in accounting he does warehouse work) that just need a place to lay our heads, pay off some credit cards and loans. We can afford anything from $200-$600 including utilities, private bath. We will only be home in the evenings because we work FT during the day and on weekends. We are laid back and quiet and will respect the home. I have never had to pay for damages to any place I have lived-and this includes my pet. I have refferences to proove this. I have tried this a few times, and it is truly not a good idea!   I now have an app on my phone that I can dictate to and it will create the message for me... much better!
